TMA KICKBOXING
YOUR PRIVACY.
Updated 30 October 2026
This notice explains how we use information when you browse this website, find a class or contact us. This site provides class information and enquiries; it does not take trial bookings or payments.
Who we are
TMA Kickboxing is the brand used by Temple Martial Arts, 16 Digbeth, Birmingham, B5 6BJ. Temple Martial Arts is responsible for the personal information handled by head office through this website.
For privacy questions or requests, email hello@tma-kickboxing.co.uk or write to the address above. Individual franchisees manage their own local clubs and correspondence.
When you contact us
The contact form collects your name, email address, phone number and message. Your town or club is optional. We use these details to answer your enquiry, contact you and, where needed, help you reach the appropriate local TMA team. These fields are required to send the form; you can instead contact us directly by email.
Our lawful basis for general enquiries is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and running our services. Where you ask us to take steps towards a service for you, we may also use the information to take those steps before a contract. We use technical information to protect the website and prevent spam under our legitimate interest in keeping it secure.
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Please use an adult’s contact details for questions about children’s classes, and do not include medical information or other sensitive details in this general form.
Who receives your information
Form enquiries are sent to our head-office inbox at hello@tma-kickboxing.co.uk. Relevant staff can access them to respond. If your enquiry needs a local franchisee’s help, we may share the details needed to deal with it with that team. A venue’s email link instead opens your own email application, addressed directly to the local team shown for that venue.
The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Resend delivers contact-form messages, and our email service holds the delivered correspondence. These providers process information needed to deliver, operate and secure their services. The form does not save your message or contact details in the website’s database.
Our providers may process information outside the UK. Resend’s primary processing is in the United States; its data-processing terms include the UK international data-transfer addendum to the standard contractual clauses. Applicable provider arrangements may also use adequacy decisions or other approved transfer safeguards. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
Finding a class and using the map
Your typed location and class filters are processed within the page in your browser. The finder does not send your typed postcode to a postcode-lookup service or ask for your device’s location. Search data is not saved in a website account or the finder’s browser storage.
Street-map data and images load from OpenFreeMap. Map fonts may load from jsDelivr. These services receive connection information such as your IP address, browser details and the resources or map areas requested. The map area you view may indicate an approximate location. Their own privacy policies explain their technical logging.
Directions links open Google Maps with the venue’s address. External websites and email services have their own privacy information.
Cookies and technical information
We have not added advertising pixels, analytics tracking or marketing cookies to this site. The class finder and enquiry form do not use local storage or session storage. Hosting and security services may process technical request data and use essential security measures to deliver the site and prevent abuse.
For spam protection, the contact endpoint uses your IP address to create a one-way, time-limited identifier. The website database stores that identifier and a submission count, not your raw IP address or enquiry. These records expire after approximately one to two hours and expired records are removed when the form next processes a valid submission. Hosting providers may keep separate security logs.
How long information is kept
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to answer it, complete any follow-up and deal with relevant complaints or legal obligations. The period depends on whether an enquiry is still active, leads to an ongoing relationship or needs to be retained for a dispute. Provider delivery and security records follow the applicable service’s retention arrangements. You can ask us about the records held for your enquiry or request deletion.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict its use, or receive a portable copy where the right applies. We do not use this website to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.
You have the right to object to our use of your information where we rely on legitimate interests. Contact hello@tma-kickboxing.co.uk to raise an objection or exercise another right. We may need to verify your identity before providing information.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. You do not have to contact us first, although we welcome the opportunity to resolve your concern.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page if the website or the way we handle information changes. The date above shows when it was last updated.
